In-House Design

Our in-house design department delivers Turnkey Solutions, tailored to the individual requirements and challenges of our clients.
Making use of precision measurement tools such as the Faro 8-Axis ScanArm; The industry’s only integrated, remote axis, portable visualization, and rendering solution allows us to deliver the highest quality designs and positions us as an industry leader in reverse engineering.
Specialised Machining
Our full capability in Specialised Machining allows us to manufacture all parts in-house, namely; LHD Buckets for underground mining and components for a wide range of TMM’s.
Workshops
Our 3500m2 + 1200m2 workshops has dedicated Machining Equipment, namely CNC, Conventional Lathes and Milling Machines, as well as full capacity for Fabrication and Final Assembly Facilities for Underground Drill Rig Booms and TMM Rebuilds.
Forming part of the workshop is our Hydraulic Assembly Room where we overhaul components. Using our hydraulic test bench, our team diligently inspects and tests each cylinder to insure proper functionality within specific operation parameters.
Quality Control
All components undergo quality control at various stages of manufacturing. Whether parts are new or refurbished they follow a seamless allocating system that determines which department they are sent to.
